The Impact of Social Responsibility Within the Teens' Space Community

At Teens’ Space, our mission is to support teenagers and young adults on their journey to becoming an expert of any occupation in their anticipated field. Succeeding the beliefs of the father of modern business management, Peter Drucker, we embrace performance that demonstrates integrity, focus on results, empowerment, and service (Reckmann, 2023). Each student receives equal knowledge and opportunity to employ their skills, creating real transformation within the community. Each student builds credibility via their hard work, our qualified instructors, and the institution’s values; EQUAL EXPLORATION AND INTELLECT. Milton Friedman believed in one theory, “[businesses should] use its resources and engage in activities designed to increase its profits” (Borruso, Frey, Herbein, Mathew, Michaud, Wilson, & Laswicz, 2020). Nonetheless a strategic move, Teens’ Space will persist to apply its proceeds to creating wellbeing – healthier lives, communities, and businesses. This is how we at Teens’ Space will succeed as a community.

Moving forward, the ultimate goal here at Teens’ Space vocation and recreation center is to continuously develop and advance our students hands-on skills while edifying each one on the importance of the impact of social ethics via the learning institution, their own desired goals, THEIR COMMUNITY, and human rights. Students will jointly take on multiple projects to help rebuild and construct a well-groomed community through earned skills. They will have acquired the ability to utilize their skills for anticipated desires embracing each person and their culture. WE will create lasting positive impacts in neighborhoods, homes, and businesses while combating poverty and the lack of necessities to include well-conditioned shelter through our woodworking program and food through our gardening.
